When a client needed to take their kids clothing brand global, we transformed our Quantic e-commerce tool to meet the challenge. What started as adding multi-currency support revealed layers of technical debt that needed addressing. Through intensive pair programming sessions over a week and a half, we completely refactored the architecture—redesigning all database schemas, cleaning up deprecated code, optimizing queries, and streamlining core logic.
